Monarch School cut the ribbon on a new learning lab, Launch Pointe. This new space at the Nat & Flora Bosa Campus in Barrio Logan is dedicated to project-based learning and college and career exploration. Gifts from Nat & Flora Bosa, Walter J. & Betty C. Zable Foundation, David C. Copley Foundation, Price Philanthropies, Major League Baseball and the Padres Family Association made the $1.5M renovation project possible. In this new modern learning lab, students will discover career pathways, engage with industry partners and develop job skills that will prepare them for college, career and life. Monarch School is dedicated to ensuring youth have access to high quality education and opportunities to overcome the impacts of homelessness.
